Using Docora
Docora is provided as a browser-based document tool. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to open, edit, sign and distribute any document used with the application.
No guarantee for every PDF
PDF files vary widely. Scans, encrypted files, damaged documents, unusual fonts and complex layouts may not be fully editable or may export differently from the original. Review every finished document before relying on it.
Signatures and legal effect
Docora can place a drawn or uploaded signature image onto a PDF. It does not provide identity verification, qualified electronic signatures, certificate validation or legal advice.
Availability
The application may change, be interrupted or stop supporting a particular browser or document. Keep your own copies of important source files and exported documents.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Docora and Goodform are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect edits, failed exports, unsupported documents or reliance on a document that has not been checked.
